As part of our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we encourage you to review it carefully.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests may be accepted in the following situations:
Defective or Damaged Equipment:
If your Mars Pro printer arrives with manufacturer defects or damage incurred during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll evaluate the issue and, where valid, offer repair, replacement, or refund.Incorrect Shipment:
If you receive the wrong model or accessories, notify us within 7 days. We’ll arrange for return and ship the correct item at no extra cost.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Normal wear and tear or damage post-delivery (excluding shipping damage).
Custom modifications or configuration changes requested after delivery.
Consumables (e.g., resin, consumable parts) once opened or used.
Change of mind, late returns, or misuse.
4. Return Process
Initiate: Contact support at support@voxtech3d.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your request within 3 business days.
Return Authorization: If approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
Inspection: Upon receipt, we’ll inspect the item and confirm whether a refund, replacement, or repair applies.
5. Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Refund timing: processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval.
Note: Shipping costs and duties/taxes (if any) are non-refundable, unless we made an error in shipping or the item was damaged.
6. Exceptional Cases
For extraordinary circumstances such as long-term malfunction or multiple repair cycles, partial or full refunds may be offered at VoxTech3D’s discretion following case review.
