The scaWaterjet is a versatile water-jetting spray booth designed for both coarse and fine support material removal across a wide range of additive manufacturing (AM) processes. It can be plumbed directly into a water supply or used as a stand-alone unit with its included mobile water tank—ideal for industrial environments or office spaces where plumbing access is limited.
Key features include a gasketed viewing window with an internally mounted wiper blade for clear visibility of the LED-lit work area, and an ergonomically designed front cabinet with gloved ports for safe, comfortable part handling. The system is equipped with two spray wands, each capable of both high- and low-pressure operation, ensuring effective support removal for both delicate and rigid parts.
A covered, mobile support frame helps keep dust and debris out of the cabinet, while offering sit/stand flexibility for operators and convenient access to the integrated pump and holding tank. Purpose-built for AM workflows, the scaWaterjet delivers precise, user-friendly water jetting where and when you need it.
