Subscription Policy

1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all subscription-based service offerings provided by VoxTech3D—such as maintenance programs, materials replenishment plans, or software licensing—for industrial 3D printer owners.
2. Subscription Types
We offer flexible, tiered subscriptions tailored to your operational needs—ranging from materials refill, maintenance packages, to software support, ensuring reliable uptime and production efficiency.
3. Subscription Term & Renewal
Subscriptions are offered in monthly or annual terms.
Unless stated otherwise, all subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the active term using the same plan and payment method.
4. Pricing & Payment
Payments are securely processed via your chosen method and billed at the start of each term.
Pricing is disclosed up front—no hidden fees.
For annual plans, enjoy discounted pricing versus the monthly equivalent.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting our support team.
No refunds are issued for partial terms already billed.
For newly billed annual plans, a pro-rated refund may be offered within the first 30 days.
6. Service Modifications
VoxTech3D reserves the right to update subscription terms, pricing, or service offerings. You’ll be notified at least 30 days prior to any change.
Continued use beyond effective date means acceptance of updated terms.
7. Termination Rights
VoxTech3D may terminate access to subscription services if payment fails and remains unresolved after a reasonable grace period, or in case of terms violations.
Upon termination, service access ends, but access to past support records or materials may be maintained as required.
