XS-T60 is an elastomeric resin that brings genuine rubber-like behavior to micro-DLP printing: Shore 55A softness with 100% elongation at break, in features and wall sections far below what molded elastomers or larger-format printers can produce. It opens up micro gaskets, seals, valve membranes, boots, and compliant features that previously required tooling or couldn’t be made at all.
Printed parts compress, flex, and recover without tearing, and the material’s 1000 cps viscosity is managed by micro-DLP’s thin-layer recoating to preserve sharp feature definition even in soft geometry. For engineers pairing rigid and compliant components in a single assembly, XS-T60 is the flexible half of the toolkit.
The black formulation delivers a clean, production-ready finish with high visual contrast for feature inspection, and its opacity sharpens fine-detail resolution by suppressing light scatter during exposure.
XS-T60 makes the un-moldable printable: rubber-soft micro parts with the feature fidelity of micro-DLP.
