XS-HD is a high-rigidity resin for parts where deflection is the enemy: 70 MPa tensile strength, a 3800 MPa bending modulus, and Shore 85D hardness make it the stiffest polymer in the XS lineup. It’s the choice for optical mounts and alignment features, micro-gears and mechanisms, metrology and inspection fixtures, and any component that must hold position under load.
At just 100 cps, XS-HD is also the lowest-viscosity resin in the range — it flows out of the smallest cavities and resolves the finest features the printer’s optics can project, making it a natural pairing with 2 µm and 10 µm platforms. Stable dielectric behavior at 5 GHz keeps it suitable for rigid electronic and RF components as well.
The light-yellow formulation cures to a tone that closely resembles molded ABS, making finished parts read as production components in design reviews and customer-facing prototypes.
XS-HD is precision embodied: maximum stiffness and the lowest viscosity in the lineup, for micro parts that hold their geometry and their position.
