XS-HD High-Rigidity Resin (Black)

XS-HD is a high-rigidity resin for parts where deflection is the enemy: 70 MPa tensile strength, a 3800 MPa bending modulus, and Shore 85D hardness make it the stiffest polymer in the XS lineup. It’s the choice for optical mounts and alignment features, micro-gears and mechanisms, metrology and inspection fixtures, and any component that must hold position under load.

At just 100 cps, XS-HD is also the lowest-viscosity resin in the range — it flows out of the smallest cavities and resolves the finest features the printer’s optics can project, making it a natural pairing with 2 µm and 10 µm platforms. Stable dielectric behavior at 5 GHz keeps it suitable for rigid electronic and RF components as well.

The black formulation delivers a clean, production-ready finish with high visual contrast for feature inspection, and its opacity sharpens fine-detail resolution by suppressing light scatter during exposure.

Key Benefits:

Stiffest XS polymer — 70 MPa tensile, 3800 MPa modulus, Shore 85D
Holds position under load for optical and metrology applications
Ultra-low 100 cps viscosity resolves the finest printable features
Natural pairing with 2 µm and 10 µm resolution platforms
Stable dielectric behavior for rigid electronic components
Opaque black finish — high inspection contrast and crisp micro-feature edges
