XS-A5 is an alumina ceramic slurry for micro-DLP printing that produces true technical-ceramic parts: after debinding and sintering, components reach 390 MPa bending strength with the hardness, wear resistance, temperature capability, and electrical insulation that only ceramics provide. It serves insulators and dielectric components, high-temperature fixtures and nozzles, wear parts, and chemically aggressive environments beyond any polymer.
Printing in green state at micro-DLP resolution means ceramic features and internal geometries that machining and injection molding of alumina cannot economically produce. Parts follow a print–debind–sinter workflow with predictable, uniform shrinkage that we compensate at the build-preparation stage; talk to us about design rules for your geometry before finalizing dimensions.
Parts print and sinter to the clean natural white of high-purity alumina, with a smooth ceramic surface finish straight off the platform.
XS-A5 delivers what no polymer can: sintered alumina micro parts with ceramic hardness, heat tolerance, and dielectric strength.
