VoxTech3D PA-12 SLS Nylon 12 (White)

VoxTech3D PA-12 is a production-grade SLS nylon 12 powder that delivers the balance the material is famous for: 48 MPa tensile strength with 30% elongation at break, high impact toughness (20 kJ/m² Charpy), and good corrosion and chemical resistance. Sintered parts are rated for long-term service, making PA-12 the workhorse choice for functional prototypes, end-use components, housings, brackets, ducting, and living hinges.

Because SLS builds in a self-supporting powder bed, PA-12 parts need no support structures — complex geometries, interior channels, and consolidated assemblies print as designed, and nested builds keep unit costs low at quantity. The powder is compatible with both fiber-laser and CO₂-laser sintering platforms, with a 120°C heat deflection temperature giving finished parts real thermal headroom in service.

The white grade prints in nylon 12’s clean natural white — the preferred base for dyeing to custom colors, and a bright, neutral aesthetic for consumer, medical, and lab-facing components.

Key Benefits:

48 MPa tensile strength with 30% elongation — strong and genuinely tough
High impact resistance (20 kJ/m² Charpy) for parts that survive service
No support structures — complex geometry and interior channels print as designed
Good corrosion and chemical resistance; sintered parts rated for long-term use
120°C heat deflection temperature for real-world thermal headroom
Compatible with fiber-laser and CO₂-laser SLS platforms
Clean natural white — ideal dye base and bright neutral finish
