XS-BIO Biocompatible Resin (Transparent)

XS-BIO is a biocompatibility-focused resin developed for micro-DLP printing of microfluidic devices, lab-on-a-chip components, and medical device prototypes. Its ultra-low 200 cps viscosity flows cleanly out of channels and cavities measured in tens of microns, minimizing trapped resin and simplifying post-processing on the geometries that define the field.

Mechanically, XS-BIO delivers 45 MPa tensile strength at Shore 80D with a 120°C heat deflection temperature, giving devices the rigidity and thermal headroom for thermocycling, bonding, and downstream lab workflows.
